Gift Wrap Storage Solutions
Gift wrap and all the accessories that go along can be a source of chaos to many. Of course there isn’t one single cure for all the different types of gift wrap clutter, but I found some good visual examples of some creative storage solutions. Hopefully some of these will inspire you and provide some solutions.
Behind the door storage is always a great option. I love these door storage racks for more than just gift wrap. Just about every closet door in my house has some type of storage rack on the inside. If you have a gift wrap station that is used year-around for gifts, during the holidays, you can swap out the wrap that you have. Put the year-around wrap in the Christmas storage container during the holiday season.
Here’s a great way to store extra rolls of wrapping paper in an unused corner of a closet. Turn the wire shelving on it’s side and install. You can also use a couple of tension curtain rods. This would be a great option if you just need a temporary holding place for holiday gift wrap.
Here’s a super simple idea that I have used for years. An extra waste basket in the corner is an easy way to keep the wrapping paper together and handy. They even look so pretty in this photo. I use a rubber band to keep the rolls from opening, but the raffia ribbon used here looks nice.
If you’re really tight for space, look up. Make use of the ceiling with this creative idea.
These are just a few ideas to help generate ideas for wrapping paper storage. Of course you have to create a system that works for your unique needs. Happy wrapping!
